Family doctor who did liposuction 'unqualified' 

A prominent plastic surgeon on Friday said the family doctor who performed a liposuction on a property management firm boss was inadequately trained and unqualified to do it.
The opinion came from Dr Vincent Yeow, 47, the sitting president of the Singapore Association of Plastic Surgeons and an expert witness for the state in the inquest into the December 2009 death of Mr Franklin Heng, 44. .......
